Continuing our MasterChef: The Professionals sessions we have 2015 finalist Nick Bennett cooking up a storm at Elmore! Born and raised in Warwickshire, Nick started his cooking career aged 14, eventually working his way to a job in the Michelin starred restaurant in the Mallory Court Hotel, moving up to junior sous before heading to Restaurant 56 in Oxfordshire as sous chef, winning three rosettes in the process.

We witnessed him cook his way to the finals of the Professionals last year, now you too have a chance to judge him from a bench!
