Born and raised in his mother’s kitchen in Abruzzo and now exclusive Head Chef at the Italian Embassy in London, Danilo made his way to the top of London’s food scene with great flavours, style and attention to detail. Cortellini has worked in some of the greatest restaurants in Italy and London such as Perbellini in Isola Rizza, Giovanni Rana’s and Alain Ducasse Zafferano, now coming up with a superb menu at The Elmore Jam!
