A Diner’s Wonderland – Arrive to the sounds of the 1960s juke box and enjoy a cocktail or mocktail on arrival, followed by a four course meal accompanied by live music - very lively indeed. BYOB!

The first session in new year 2016 starts off with modern touch on contemporary Italian and European classics with new London culinary talent Andrea Zagatti!

Andrea Zagatti, a passionate, enthusiastic and curious for food and flavors chef graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in London and shortly after started working at Michelin Starred Restaurant Mugaritz moving on to one of the world’s top restaurants, Osteria Francescana. Since then been developing his experience and expertise with other top Michelin starred restaurants, serving Buckingham Palace and VIP events, as well around the world, learning and practicing new techniques and cultures including Asian and India.

His particular love to combining beautiful presentation, top level cooking skills and theatrical engagement with guests makes him more an artist rather than just an ‘Italian chef’. Zagatti puts his own mark on modern Italian cuisine giving his food a top notch quality both in presentation and flavours. Also Andrea has been studying the philosophy of aphrodisiac cuisine. Focusing on flavours and textures designed to excite and thrill, Andrea crafts meals which turn up the heat.

Andrea about himself:
“My aim is to serve an experience. For example, oysters flavoured with smokey spices and served with nuts is a combination that plays with a customer’s expectations and sparks their senses.”

I prefer to mix up flavours and techniques from around the world to create unique dishes that have lasting impact.”

The Elmore Jam's resident father (Nick) & daughter (Ro) team have backgrounds in show production and design, as well as hospitality. Being the entertainment officer has always come easily to Nick and he loves hosting people in his home, a truly unique space with an open kitchen. Their focus is on getting delicious food prepared by a rotation of professional, exciting chefs to your plate whilst you enjoy socialising to a backdrop of live musicians–all the ingredients for a good night.
