The February sessions kick off with an unique combination of Mexican and South Asian flavours by a creative duo Flamingo Flamingo - Kali &Jessica, well known to Londoners from their exceptional world wide culinary creations.

The Flamingo Flamingo is a London based supperclub, run by creative duo - Kali and Jessica , where is all about meeting new people and trying new foods . Each month Kali create a menu based on her unique love and passion for combining Mexican and South East Asian foods in beautiful dishes, and a belief that they work together perfectly. Each night welcomes guests with an easy and relaxed vibe where you can meet new people, have a great time and try delicious and exciting flavours.

Kali about herself:
"I am an imaginative and passionate private chef, who loves to travel. This is reflected in my style of cooking, creating Modern International flavours keeping things fresh & vibrant to excite the tastebuds. I love to be hospitable and introduce people to the new foods and flavours I'm discovering. With an eye on nutrition as well as taste my aim is making people happy and feel good through my cooking and their overall experience at one of the dinners."

The Elmore Jam's resident father (Nick) & daughter (Ro) team have backgrounds in show production and design, as well as hospitality. Being the entertainment officer has always come easily to Nick and he loves hosting people in his home, a truly unique space with an open kitchen. Their focus is on getting delicious food prepared by a rotation of professional, exciting chefs to your plate whilst you enjoy socialising to a backdrop of live musicians–all the ingredients for a good night.
