Arrive to the sounds of a 60s juke box, grab a complimentary cocktail and get ready for a pheasant experience. North Yorkshire comes to North London, not only in the shape of the menu but in the shape of the chef – Nick Dudding or Hairy Nick as we like to call him.

Our latest culinary recruit gave up his day job as an advertising creative to follow his passion for food, where he went on to work for such luminaries as Bill Granger. Some say he shouldn’t have bothered…but you can be the judge of that on Friday the 20th of November when he takes the helm in our kitchen.

Your host for the evening is the original pheasant plucker, Nick, who along with his daughter Ro will ensure you have a pheasant experience. Their focus at the Elmore Jam is getting delicious food to your table prepared by a rotation of professional, exciting chefs to the soothing backdrop of live, cool jazz.
